 I choose the compositions to best show off a space and properly light it, so that multiple angles of most rooms are not required.  The goal is to generate interest to view the property in person.  Most average homes only require 15-25 photos, more for larger or upscale properties.  Buyers look at many listings on-line, grab their attention without testing their attention spans.
